Laura seriously wanted to strangle him or cut him into little pieces or something. No one had gotten this much under her skin besides Korvin. Standing up, she popped her shoulder back into place as she watched the man fire into the pavement. "What are you doing?" She asked wondering why he suddenly felt the need to attack the ground. Once he was done, Laura got out of the car and stretched slightly to make sure her muscles and everything were healed.

Michael looked at her. "What does it look like?" He asked her sarcastically. "I'm discharging so I don't hurt you again" Michael wasn't mad at her, well not as mad as his voice was probably showing. His chest and arm just really hurt.

Ignoring his tone, Laura looked up and down the street. Someone most likely heard the crash meaning the police were on their way. Her day was seriously getting worse by the minute. "The police are probably on their way, we need to get off the street and away from this vehicle" Laura was about to head to the bike she borrowed when she realized it had been trashed. Suddenly, she picked up the sirens heading their way. Great, just great "Do you live close by?"

Michael was now holding his arm to try to stop the bleeding. The girl did have a point and he looked up and down the street as well. When she asked him if he lived close he looked at her with a puzzling look for two reasons. One, she had said she was going to kill him and now was wondering were he lived. Two, he had no clue were they were at the moment. "Uh, maybe about a mile or so. I live at a hotel at the moment" He told her moving his hand off his wound to check it, his hand covered in blood, before placing it back.

Laura then said something that she never thought would come out of her mouth. Something that she'd probably strangle herself over later. She didn't have any other choice though, considering the mansion was well enough away and the police were coming. "Let's go to your place" She said struggling to actually get the words out.

"How do I know you won't just kill me once we get there?" He asked looking at her cautiously. All he could picture was that as soon as he opened the door to his room, she'd stab him in the back. Every woman he had met had, why would she be any different.

Laura shrugged. "You don't, but you don't have many options do you." She told him as she heard the sirens getting closer. "The police are on their way, your losing blood at a rate that if you don't take care of it soon you'll pass out, so we can either move now or we can wait for the police to show up and try to explain to them how we fell off a roof" Laura crossed her arms over her chest. "Your choice"

Michael let out a sigh. "Fine, let's go" He said reluctantly as he began to walk toward the hotel. After about an hour or so his vision began to get blurry and he began to stagger. They were almost at the hotel.

Laura followed the man keeping her eyes and hears alert for any danger. When they were almost there, she realized the man starting to stagger on the street due to the blood loss. She ripped the bottom of her tank top into a strip and stopped him and wrap the the piece of clothing around his wound. Laura had thought they'd be able to make it to his room before the effects started kicking in but apparently not.

When the girl stopped him, he shook his head to make sure that it was actually her. Realizing it was, Michael was surprised at her actions. Once his arm was wrapped he looked at it and then at her. "Why didn't you do that before?" He asked considering he wouldn't have had to lose all the blood he had if she'd done that in the first place.

"I thought we'd make it there before you passed out" Laura told him continuing to walk toward the hotel. "Apparently I miss calculated your ability to survive while losing blood" She said this very casually.

Michael frowned and felt his ability on his finger tips as his anger rose. "Not all of us can heal from a five story drop onto a car" This girl was starting to get on his nerves.

"You're the one that pushed us off of it" She pointed out turning her head to him slightly before looking forward.

Michael was getting very irritated with this girl. She was the one that attacked him. What was he going to do? Let her kill him. They finally reached the hotel and he was glad the jacket covered his wound though he placed his hands in his pockets so no one inside would see the blood. "Come on" He said reluctantly as he made his way to the elevator to his hotel room, Room 130.

Laura was followed him into the hotel and immediately looked for the emergency exits. As she followed him to the elevator, she wondered why she had even gone with him. Why hadn't she just made her way back to the mansion. Laura knew the answer though. Expecting she could get passed people without them calling the police due to her appearance of being covered in her own blood with no cuts or scrapes, how was she going to explain to Xavier that she'd trashed a bike that wasn't hers.
Entering the elevator she stood on the opposite side of the man. Hearing the elevator music she just about wanted to rip the speakers out. For some reason that kind of music just drove her crazy. She rather have silence then listen to it. When the elevator tinged to let them know it was time to get out, Laura was relieved. She was one second away from killing the music for good. Stepping out she followed the man to his hotel room.
