The Hatley Hall does have its advantages (it looks authentically old %) ), but I prefer the comic book version - it is comprehensive and has everything I could ask for.
I especially love their layout of the lab. It is something I've been needing a lot over the past months.
Also - billiard? wine cellar? sauna? some fresh RP possibilities ^_^

The comic one has the best layout for the house and basic basement. We can use pictures of Hatley hall and use our imagination, for the layout. Not so great for classrooms. The movie version of the (secret) basement should be the secret area we use. Though my stretched Hatley hall is very customizable.

I vote for the comic layout, but I'll always picture Hatley Hall in my mind.

Maybe I should add some polls to this or another thread. - Pictures of the mansions in the movies.
- Comic Layout of first floor.
- Comic Layout of second floor.
- Comic Layout of second floor copied to add a third floor.
- Comic Layout of Attic
- Comic Layout of basic basement.
- Movie Layout of Secret Levels.
What do we do to the ground floor too add eight or more class rooms, Gymnasium (that is 2 or 3 levels high), office for storm, etc?

We can use it for personal reference but I don't think there really is need to make it official, set in stone, and conduct polls

I stretched the comic map. This is actually good because it gives the idea of where all those dorms fit at all. But the square yard in the middle makes me think that it will always be cold in there where the sun barely peeks. Consequently, in the rooms around its perimeter as well.

Cold rooms. Cuddling to keep warm. If the Gym was underground, that might help. And keep the wings to a ground floor, 2nd floor, and attic. No third floor. Boys one wing, Girls the other wing.

Maybe Titicus Reservoir, NY, United States next to North Salem = Breakstone lake (Xavier Estate) maps.google.ca/ and search for "Titicus Reservoir, NY, United States" The estate would have to be north or south of the lake? North Salem is just 2 miles west of it.
