::Once both Pietro and Ororo were seated, Drake sat behind his desk and took out the standard form he used for wills.:: "Miss Munroe, did you bring the information on your assets that I requested?"

Ororo handed him a folder she'd been carrying. It contained, among other things, a list of all her financial assets, including any savings she might have, investments, et cetera. The Professor wasn't stingy when it came to compensating any of his team for their teaching services, and she'd managed to save quite a bit. If she wanted, living at the Mansion wouldn't have been necessary. She'd never found a reason to leave.

"Thank you," ::Drake said, upon taking the folder from her. Opening it, he began marking the assets with a pen, dividing the intangibles from the tangibles, and then each intangible by type. Standard in this practice.:: "Do you intend to leave everything to one person?"

Ororo's brow furrowed. It was something she'd been thinking about. Her relationship with her family was non-existent; her parents were, she presumed, living out their retirement back in Texas. She had been the "mutant girl" to them, so they no longer figured in the picture for Storm. That left the Professor, Jean, Scott, Hank, and Pietro, along with some of the others she'd grown close to. "I'd thought to leave a portion as a scholarship fund, through Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters."

"As a renewable scholarship fund?" ::Drake inquired, poised to begin dividing assets.:: "How much annually?"

"Fifty thousand," she replied, almost immediately.

::That was a hefty number, but it would last a few years given the numbers in front of him. Drake made note of that.:: "Fifty thousand annually, until funds run dry. Who else do you want to leave to?"

She picked up a sheet of paper, wrote down a number quickly, and passed it to him. As much as she disliked secrecy, she also didn't want to go over the value of material possessions with Pietro after this was done. "This amount, as a one time gift, per person, to Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, and also to Remy Lebeau."

::Drake had not been given the name of the man accompanying her, but from her choice to write the amount, rather than say it aloud, he surmised that the white-haired man was either Pietro Maximoff or Remy LeBeau. Taking the paper, he glanced at the amount, and then folded it into his pocket, before making note of it three times, once with each name. He repeated the instruction to be sure they were on the same page.:: "That amount to be given upon conveyance each to Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, and to Remy LeBeau. What next?"

"My personal possessions need to be entrusted to Charles Xavier, to be divided as he sees fit," she said. She'd have to talk this over with the Professor; there were specific things that she wanted given to certain people, but for the sake of expediency she'd leave everything legally to Xavier.

::Drake nodded and wrote that as well; it was a quick distribution of property that way, and he understood the logic. He also noticed no real property interests in her papers: no house to distribute. It certainly made the task at hand easier.:: "Do you have anything else to distribute?"

Storm had to think about that for a moment. "Does a vehicle count as personal possessions?" She wasn't quite sure how it applied under the law.

::Drake nodded to affirm that.:: "It does, unless otherwise specified. Would you like to convey your vehicle to someone else?"

She shook her head no; it wasn't important enough for that. "No. I simply didn't know what was covered and what wasn't. I think that's all I have to distribute."

::Drake nodded again; part of his duties were to explain property law in what limited capacity was necessary. The intangibles were taken care of, as was her tangible personal property. Now it was time for more difficult matters.:: "Do you have information on the arrangements you wish?"
