Doug smiled, watching her as she snuggled under his covers. "What?" he asked, seeming surprised. "No pants phasing tonight?"

Kitty groaned miserably in response. She turned to face the wall and was soon fast asleep.

Shaking his head, Doug stood up and went over to pull the blanket and pillow off Bobby's bed. He would sleep on a pallet on the floor tonight, not wanting to disrupt Kitty while she slept off her recent inebriation.
