Junior Team Training

[The Man]

((OOC: This thread is open to the following students: Paige, Marie, Warren, Robert, and Kyra. If we get a new Kitty, she will be welcome in the next one.))

::The Professor had called for a training session for those who would serve as the junior X-Men. Paige had passed her tests to join, and Kyra was in the process of hers. Warren had served for a period and was grandfathered in. As it was five to the hour, he waited outside the Danger Room for the students to arrive.::

Paige had been more than excited when she found out she was part of the Junior X-Men team. In fact, she was still giddy about it. One step closer to being with people like Cyclops, and Storm. Also wearing that X-Men suit, she could already see how it would look like on her. Paige began to make her way down to the Danger Room, the last time she had been down there she had gotten a concussion, but that was a month ago, maybe more. At seeing the Professor she smiled, "Hello, Professor Xavier." She greeted him cheerfully.

"Hello, Paige," ::The Professor returned both the smile and the greeting. Unsurprisingly, she was the first to arrive; her enthusiasm knew no bounds.::

Rogue was determined that a major part of getting her life back was re-joining the X-Men and fighting on the right side so she had got up early on the morning of the training and headed down to the danger room. Seeing the Professor and Paige, she smiled.

Warren was slightly hesitant about the whole training meeting, but at the same time, he was eager to be a help, and part of the X-Men again. He had woken up just a tad later, and had quickly gotten dressed in sweatpants and a tee shirt, due to the fact he wasn't exactly sure what the whole 'training' entailed.

Heading down to the sublevel of the mansion, to where all the training and other X-Men-y things were kept, he saw that along with the Professor, Paige who he had met beforehand, and a two toned haired girl, who also looked familiar, both had arrived. Smiling politely, he offered a quiet, "Morning", as he stopped to stand in the tiny group.

Kyra wasn't necessarily late; it was still a minute or so to the hour. But she preferred to be early. Skidding down the hallway, she came in panting, her hair still slightly damp from the shower. "Hullo, everyone," She said.

Paige smiled at the Professor before glancing around the familiar hallway. Playing with her bangs she reminded herself to get a trim soon, as they were close to her the top of her eyelashes now, which was way too long in her opinion. Hearing someone coming down the hallway, she turned her head to see Rogue? She couldn't remember if they had actually spoken to each other before, but of course Paige had heard of her and seen her in the hallway before. "Hello." She said softly. Paige then saw Angel arrive soon afterwards and felt her cheeks go slightly red. "Hi, Warren." She said, her tone quiet, though it was loud enough that he'd be able to hear her. She never really got like this around guys, except with Odin, but even with him it wasn't this bad.

Shifting on her feet, she crossed her arms over her chest, her arms slightly chilly. She had an extra pair of clothing, knowing that she would need it after this training session. Sure, she could just go naked before using her powers, instead of ripping off her clothing. However, she very much doubted she'd ever be that comfortable with her body to go naked around others.

"Hey Paige." Warren greeted back, with a small wave of his hand, just as another girl arrived. So far, their numbers were small, but it was still somewhat early, he then reminded himself. Besides, the last time he had been at the mansion, the entire team had been around half a dozen, yet they had done just fine.

[The Man]

::The Professor greeted Marie, Warren, and Kyra in turn as each arrived. They were almost ready to begin the scenario, and waited only for one more student.:: "As soon as Robert arrives, we can go inside."

Paige tensed up at the name that left Professor Xavier's mouth. Robert, as in Bobby, the boy who had gotten on her bad side and totally screwed things up for her and her team at the fight against the Brotherhood. She was not looking forward with him at all.
