Kyra shrugged. "I imagine she was shocked, but it wasn't really an excuse for what my mother did," She said. No one should ever treat their children like that, mutant or not.

Kyra nodded. "Well, I'm kind of glad everything happened, because I wouldn't have found my way here, if it hadn't." This was her home, and she loved it.

"Yup," She agreed. Most people found it to be quite odd. "Same goes for licking, they don't like that too much." Though it had been a dream, and she hadn't meant to do it to the Professor.

"Well, not really, I guess," Kyra said, smiling as she laid back down next to Rahne. Though she would always be embarrassed about her lack of control that night. "So, can you alter your form without totally becoming a wolf?"

"Not yet, not entirely. I can manipulate my teeth and my nails if I concentrate really hard." Rahne shrugged "But the professor seems ta think that it's a definite thing."

Kyra smiled. "Well, if you can do the teeth and nails, then I think so. I just had to work a while on it with Mystique, but eventually I got the hang of it." She decided it was good to show an example, and transformed into her hybrid form. Human-like limbs covered in fur, long ears and a tail, her face a combination of both forms.

Kyra grinned, her elongated teeth showing. "Yeah, definitely." Her voice was a little deeper, but she had worked hard at developing the ability to speak in this form.
