Infrared - her outlines were not equally clear like this, but clear enough to be made out as a target. And an easy one if that target decided to run into some hall or whereever where it was easy to get cornered. That had been, as she felt, her biggest mistake, running without thinking much. Shade felt critical with herself.
"Any tipps on what I can do to avoid that sort of thing?" she asked when she followed the recording of her blurry outlined self speeding across the warehouse.

"Yep," Gambit said. He thought a little, then sighed. "Look - I could go on for hours 'bout how to get out of things an' 'bout how not to get into things ya can't get out of. Just generally - not go into places without doors or windows. It's got windows - good. It's got fire escape staircase - good. It's a shop, a hospital or a hotel - good, dey always got a door in de back."

Shade nodded. "That sounds logical for a beginning. I thought it would be easier to shake it off, guess that made me a little disoriented." And, furthermore, despite what Gambit had told her earlier and despite what she knew about Nimrod, it had taken her off guard how easy it had been for the robot to detect and follow her. Her powers had been of no use at all.

"Well, de Sentinels detect mutants even before dey can actually see 'em, so you basically have no powers when it comes t' handlin' a Sentinel," Gambit explained. "So if ya really want t' shake it off, think in terms of traps for de robot, not traps for yourself. Run where ya want it to run. Go for narrow, low places, make it stuck, unable t' follow ya or to ruin de place. Hide in de sewers if ya have to."

No powers, that described it rather well. Gambit had his explosions which of course would have been not quite that effective without his anyways perfect battling skills, but he had some defense at least. It seemed he had been right earlier and her only chance was to run. Again Shade nodded. "Sounds logical." she agreed, feeling a little better about it now. These were things she hadnĀ“t taken into consideration, but which might prove rather useful.

"Okay," Gambit nodded. "If we got time, we'll do it again later." He stood up.

"Good." Shade said, glad he was offering another try for somewhat later. She got up as well and they made their way to the exit.
