Rin slowly shook his head, concentrating on one piece of machinery that looked as though it should have been put out of it's own misery centuries ago. "I don't even know what would work against how I picture these things in my mind." He said softly. "I always thought my abilities would be enough."

::Pietro identified each weapon in the case; he had used many of them in training years ago. He read magazines so he knew how they functioned. Hearing Rin's words, he could only partially identify. It was always difficult to realize abilities were not the be-all, end-all of fighting, but with his own set, he had always known he would need weaponry.:: "Explosions and electric force."

Rin nodded. "Then I guess rockets will do me..." He almost chuckled, since saying those words were something he never expected to hear himself say.

::Pietro nodded in approval; it was a choice he would have made.:: "I will add it to the arsenal."

Rin sighed. How big were these things gonna be? Was he going to end up being crushed by one of them? He shook his head, trying to visibly shake off the thought so he could think clearly. All he did know was he was going to stop it, regardless.

::The clerk emerged from the back room with two medium-sized metal crates. Setting them down, he opened one, displaying the explosives for them both to examine. Pietro took one in hand, studied it, before nodding in approval. These were a beginning.::

Rin turned and looked inside the crates, then at the one he was examining as if he knew what he was doing. He nodded slightly afterwards, as if in agreement with Pietro. He simply didn't want to look like he didn't know what he was doing to the clerk.

::The second crate was opened, filled with ammunition. Pietro nodded again, then explained to the clerk they also wanted a weapon to fire small rockets. The clerk looked between the two of them, then obliged, disappearing into the back room again to get such a weapon and ammunition for it. In the interim, Pietro checked his wallet.:: "Do you need anything apart from that?"

Rin was honestly shocked that it hadn't been thought of before. Pietro seemed to have every nook and cranny planned for. "Unless you can think of something else, no." Rin thought for a moment, then added, "Will there be enough to practice with?"

::Pietro nodded slightly, taking inventory of the ammunition; he had also purchased blanks in his earlier ammunition run.:: "If we show restraint in practice."

Rin nodded, "Then that's what will be done." He looked across at the crates, now wondering the weight of them.

::When the clerk emerged from the back again, this time with the weapon in its own carrying case, Pietro accompanied him to the cash register to pay. He knew it would be pricey, but Uncle had provided the funds, and he, also, had some additional money that had been saved for emergencies. He managed not to groan at the expense, familiar with the sheer cost of weaponry and ammunition. Once paid, he handed the weapon's case to Rin.:: "Carry that."

Rin looked at them as they paid, worried about the cost himself. He had plenty of money... Now. When Pietro handed him the case, he picked it up, and was shocked at how light it actually was. Modern technology, he supposed. He looked to one of the crates and made to test it's weight.

::Pietro took one crate and stacked it atop the other, lifting them effortlessly. They were not particularly heavy, and he had strength enough. Bidding the shop clerk farewell, he made for the exit.:: "We hide these in the trunk, then we buy groceries."

Rin nodded as he walked back out the car. "I hope your car can fit all the groceries needed for the mansion. You do this often?" He asked, curious about how often one would need to go to the store for that many children.
