Protests in Washington Square Park

(Before coming to the mansion)

Jay had been watching the scene from above, shaking his head at the anarchy that had unfolded from a simple protest. One mutant stupidly using his powers, others trying to help, and now there was basically no one left except for one that seemed to be bleeding profusely. she was laying on the ground and was trying to keep the pyromaniac from burning more, and getting him out of there once the police arrived.

After a moments deliberation, and after seeing she wasn't moving, he jumped from the rooftop and swooped down in a circular motion, before landing next to her. Kneeling, he asked her a few questions to see if she responded. "Hello? Girl. Are you okay?" He said simply.

[Danielle]

Danielle could hear someone talking to her, but she didn't know who. The pain in her side was to much, the bullet was moving she could feel it. She opened her eyes slightly looking at the man with red hair. ".....have..........to......" She muttered trying to stay awake. Danielle feel back into unconsciousness.

Jay sighed, realizing she was fully unconscious. He lifted her into his arms and flapped his wings as hard as he could, glad the cops were ignoring him for the time being. The debris from the fires and protest signs scattered in the breeze, and when he reached a comfortable height, above powerlines and the like, he made his way towards the hospital.

Sunshine had reached the protest entirely too late. Taking a brief moment to survey the fire and general mayhem before she zipped into the crowd at super speed. She darted from one injured person to the next, healing them quickly and silently before moving on, not descriminating between human and mutant.
