She knew the effects his abilities had on him, and none of that agreed with what he was telling her. But she did have experience in gaining powers suddenly, often in an unpredictable way. She didn't want to put that forth as an option; he had to be aware of it, and of the added issues to that. She didn't know what to say, so she said nothing, and simply squeezed his hand in what she hoped was reassurance.

::Pietro returned the squeeze of her hand. He, too, was silent although he did not believe she was judging him when she said nothing. After an eternity to him that was perhaps a minute in duration, he shrugged.:: "I had forgotten how boring it is to have nothing to do."

"I am back," she said. "We can do more together now." She was in rehearsals, yes, but in the meantime she could spend time with him primarily.
