"And you're soaking wet," she retorted. "And I'm not going to be carried. The cane is bad enough."

::Pietro was not going to argue with her about this. If she preferred to stay down here, when she possibly couldn't see, then fine.::

"I'm sorry," she apologized faintly. "This has me unnerved."

"Nichts." ::Pietro would be unnerved as well. As much as he detested the side-effects of his powers, if he suddenly couldn't run, he would be greatly distressed. And she need not apologize to him.::

She blinked as if she'd been exposed to the flash of a camera. "It's clearing..." she said faintly, seeing shapes and colors.

::That was encouraging and Pietro was glad of that. He waited beside her, still helping keep her upright.:: "Good. Slow or fast?"

"Good," ::Pietro replied with a nod. If it was fast for her, then all should - hopefully - remedy itself. He trusted Ororo to know herself and her limits.::

"I can check the settings later." ::It was either a Danger Room malfunction, or she was having health-related issues. They could find out if the latter was applicable by checking the former, and Pietro would do so once she was safe and resting.::

He had a good point; she was too quick to assume she or her powers were the issue. She nodded, agreeing. And the veil in front of her vision lifted. "My eyes have cleared," she said, blinking as she adjusted to the light from the room.

::Pietro was relieved to hear that she had regained her sight and he nodded slightly.:: "Do you want to go back to your room now?"

"Probably for the best." She shook her head at herself, annoyed. This wasn't a problem she'd seen coming. The knowledge of how to use her powers was there, but they were flying out of control in a way that hadn't happened since she was a teenager.

::Pietro nodded slightly in compliance, still offering himself for support. They could get up to her room quickly and quietly, and he could call for Uncle or Hank if she wanted a medical check.::
