Erik smiled softly. "That is the mutant magazine, is it not?"

::Odin nodded to confirm that.:: "Yes, it is."

Erik took another sip of the now-cold coffee, finishing it off and setting it aside. It seemed only fitting that mutantkind have a magazine all their own. "Fascinating," He said simply.

::Odin's fingers rested on the edge of his coffee cup, momentarily thoughtful. This was one of those moments where, should he imagine the man before him had no criminal record, conversation could come easily. From his comment, he agreed with the purpose of a mutant-oriented, mutant-owned magazine, and Odin saw no reason for him to disagree.:: "It's important to get the word out."

"Of course," He agreed. "A word that is uncorrupted by homo sapiens." For their word was tainted, and good for nothing.

"Helpful hints from the inside," ::Odin said, a mild correction. He had always viewed the presence of mutation as an amoral reality. It was only when people drew their guns that morality was drawn into it.::

Erik said nothing in response to that. His views on homo sapiens were well-known, and he would not bother voicing them in this deserted coffeeshop. "I'd like to meet you again sometime, Odin," Erik said suddenly. "In a place surrounded by more...friendly people."

::If this were any other person, and they were in the Hellfire Club, Odin might make a comment about being propositioned. However, this was entirely serious. He quirked his eyebrow.:: "Where did you have in mind?"

"Perhaps a mutant bar, or something of the like," Erik said casually.

::The thought of Magneto in the Hellfire Club struck Odin as amusing...as far as this encounter could be classified as such. He nodded once.:: "I assume you know where to find one?"

"Of course," He said, nodding. It wasn't hard to know of bars that only served mutants, or those who were mutant-friendly. "I suppose you've heard of the Hellfire Club?" It seemed to be the most popular one he had seen so far, anyway.

::Did Odin know of it? He had spent far too much time there as of late, and would need to find a new hobby before he developed a very poor habit.:: "Yes, I know of it."

"Excellent," Erik said jovially. "Perhaps we could meet there in a week or two. How does Saturday work for you? I am assuming that you have a busier schedule compared to mine."

"I wouldn't presume to compare," ::Odin replied. His schedule vacillated between busy and stagnant. As for Magneto...he could not begin to imagine what the other man had on his agenda or what hours he kept.::

Erik chuckled. "Oh, not to worry. I am pleasantly unoccupied, for the moment. Perhaps next Saturday, then?" He kept it pleasant, and under all appearances of having nothing to do but twiddle his thumbs in the meantime.
