::Odin focused the light over her, so she could see in front of her, and he could see her, but she wouldn't be blinded.:: "Do you want to leave in the middle of this storm?"

"I'll be fine...but is there any chance I could borrow an umbrella?" She asked him.

"Certainly," ::Odin said, and he pointed the flashlight at a corner of the living room, where his umbrella hung from a hook.:: "It's over there."

"Oh, thanks. I'll have to bring this back to you at some point..." Paige said, grabbing her purse when she saw it she then went to get the umbrella. "Will you be okay here by yourself?" She asked him.

::Odin smirked, although in the dark, it couldn't be seen. He'd been on his own for years; he could survive through a thunderstorm with no power.:: "I've done it before; I'll be fine."

"Alright, I'll...see you later." Paige said with a small smile before she moved towards the door and opened it up. What was strange was that the lights were on in the hallway, thinking they must be back up ones she looked over at him. "Should I leave this open?" She asked, figuring he could use the light from out there.

"I'm sure you will," ::Odin replied, and he moved from the floor near the sofa to the front door, to properly see her out. His hand rested on the door, his other held the flashlight.:: "I'll keep it open."

"Okay, well, see you later." She said before walking out.

"Safe travels," ::Odin bade her, and then he went back into his apartment to tidy up and wait for the power to return.::

*******
((OOC: This occurs immediately after "Meeting at the Appointed Place."))
::After paying for the taxi cab, Odin took Stacy up to his apartment. Unlocking the door, he then pushed it open so she could enter, and brought her bag to the second of the bedrooms, which was slightly closer to the bathroom and hadn't been broken in, apart from having bedding.:: "The layout's very simple to commit to memory."

Stacy let out an impressed whistle as she looked around the apartment. "Hey, this is a five star hotel compared to my dump," she told him, heading over to her room. "Oh my God, a double bed!" she said excitedly, bouncing onto it on her knees, looking thrilled. "I've been on a couch for most of the year. I got kicked out of my bed because Anne-Marie got pregnant. Fat cow," she added darkly, then laying back with a comfortable sigh, bag still in one hand and boots still on.

::That told Odin perhaps more than he wanted to know about the rooming conditions of prostitutes in the Manhattan area. He wasn't an activist, not in this field, but eventually a politician somewhere should look into it and rescue the works. It wouldn't happen tonight, and he'd done more than his part.:: "I have sheets in the hall closet, and I hope that someone does something to help her baby."

Stacy turned her head towards him, nodding as best she could from her position on the bed. "She will. She thinks she knows who the father is and is gonna take him to court if he doesn't pay her." She rolled onto her front, looking around the room some more before she scooted back into a sitting position. "I can make the bed up, don't worry."

::Paternity suits, something Odin was quite fortunate to have never dealt with in his life. At her comment about the bedding, he nodded, but didn't move quite yet.:: "And there are towels there, for showering or anything else. Basic bathroom accoutrements by the shower. And I just ask that you not wake me before 7:00a.m."

"I don't even have a sleeping pattern, so," she said with an idle gesture of her hand, indicating a weak shrug. She then lifted her legs to unzip the glorified hooker boots and slide the long leather off, glad to relieve her feet.
