"Well, not really," Emily said. "I mean, I should be going back to the hotel but I'd rather put it off, I don't want to be sitting there all bored," she rolled her eyes slightly, then stood up and put her jacket on. She had already paid for her lunch when she ordered it, so now she could simply leave the café.

Emily held her eyes on him for a second. A walk? Was she up to spending more time in his company? She considered her other options and decided to go for it for now. "Sure," she nodded. "I think I could use some fresh air. As long as you tell me an interesting story," she smiled a bit as they walked outside.

Aedan followed with a smirk, wondering what type of story to come up with. "Alright, story it is... but I get a few minute's t'think about it... Not many stories of the interesting type on this neck of the woods."

"I don't insist on the interesting, either," Emily shrugged. "Just something to talk about." She noted absently that the small shower had stopped. Inadvertently they had turned away from the busier streets and were now heading towards quieter sidestreets with less traffic. It seemed calmer there.
