It took a few moments for John to figure that one out, but he then got it. "He can change his form?" He guessed, taking another swig from his glass.

John studied Brandy's face for a moment, giving a short nod. Clearing his throat, he looked back down towards the bar. "That offer still open? About me being able to crash at your apartment? It'd just be for a few days. I have some business to do in the city-"
