"Do you have a short memory?" He asked the other man, raising an eyebrow in interest.

"Good," Erik said, nodding once more. "And I take it you are a writer for your magazine, covering local topics? Such as...the riot and it's effects?"

::Although Odin took articles to assist Morph and Golem, as they were under-staffed, he didn't consider himself a writer.:: "Actually, I'm in Marketing. The articles are occasional."

"I see," Erik said, nodding once more. "What do you do in Marketing?"

"I sell," ::Odin replied. His job was a hodgepodge at present, where he sold the magazine to interested parties, as well as secured advertising. As a courtesy, he had been balancing their books until they found a full-time accountant.:: "I secure advertising and distributors, for the most part."

"Very interesting," Erik mused aloud. It could come in handy someday to have associates in an industry like that. Particularly when it came to their fight for mutant freedom.

"And what do you do when you are not working or meeting with old mutants?" He asked. This young man was very interesting. He didn't show interest in joining the Brotherhood, although he seemed well aware of what the Brotherhood was and what it did.

::That was the same question Monet had asked Odin last weekend; nothing had changed in that time.:: "I read and frequent Hellfire."

"I hope that I will run into you more often, then," Erik said, smiling softly. He was an interesting character. And the Hellfire club was ideal for recruiting young enthusiastic mutants.

::Odin remained distinctly uncomfortable, although he managed to nod at the comment. He already knew the answer to this question, considering how much time he spent at Hellfire.:: "Do you visit often?"

"Occasionally, when time allows it," Erik said, nodding. "It is a pleasant atmosphere, and we are surrounded by our own kind." It was immensely comforting.

::Those were the very reasons Odin frequented the establishment as often as he did, particularly the latter point.:: "It's encouraging to see so many mutants out and about."

Erik nodded; that was precisely the reason he enjoyed coming to this establishment. "A place where mutants can go and be among their own kind. It's comforting, but we are forced to stay under the radar."
