Tabitha paused putting her shirt on, leaving it unbuttoned. "So, you're tricking me right now?" She asked, smirking. Her left brow quirked up and her hands once again placed on her hips.

"'ey, don' give me dat look, cheri," Gambit grinned, running his hands through his hair to get it to look more or less okay. "Do some job first, den ya'll see for yourself." He had no reasons to be lying to her in this particular matter, but it was just fun to toy with her a bit.

Tabitha's eyes narrowed for a moment and she made a soft 'cluck' sound with her tongue. "Fine." She said and threw up her hands in a defeated manner and then looked down as she started to button up her shirt.

"I s'pose I've been left alive for now," Gambit whispered as if he was scared to death. Then he walked over to Tabitha before she had time to finish buttoning her shirt, and, raising his hand, ran one finger over the soft hollow between her breasts.

Gambit tipped her chin up as he kissed her softly. "See ya tomorrow, chere," he said and then stepped towards the door. "Oh, an' de room is yours for de night if ya want."

Tabitha blinked and turned slightly. "Thanks." She said after him and then resumed to buttoning up her shirt.

Gambit left the room and headed downstairs back towards the bar. If Tabitha wanted to find him after that (which he thought she wouldn't), she'd notice him.
